Hostly stores Discord identity, service configuration, billing records, encrypted secrets, operational logs, and uploaded artifacts as needed to provide hosting. Treasury keys and bot secrets are encrypted at rest and never returned by the portal. Access and changes are audited. Retention and deletion periods must be finalized before launch.
